Registration

The SAT 2013 registration fees were as follows (in EUR).

For students:

• Student Author Full option is only available to students without a PhD degree (at the time of submission) with a co-authored paper accepted at the SAT 2013 main conference.
• Student registrations are only available to students without a PhD degree.
• You must provide a proof of student status in order to complete a student registration. This can be a scanned copy of an official student card or similar certificate, or alternatively an official signed letter from your supervising professor proving your student status. Proofs of student status must be send by email as a PDF attachment to sat2013@cs.helsinki.fi, using the subject title "SAT 2013 proof of student status, YOUR LASTNAME".

Regular Full, Student Full, and Student Author Full registrations include for one person:

• access to all sessions of the main conference and all workshops,
• all coffee breaks (two per day) and lunches during July 8-12,
• conference reception on July 9,
• conference banquet on July 11,
• USB stick with conference proceedings papers,
• conference accessories (bag, name tag, etc).

Regular workshops-only and Student workshops-only registrations include for one person:

• access to all sessions of all workshops,
• three coffee breaks (July 8, July 9 morning) and lunch on Monday July 8 and Tuesday July 9,
• USB stick with conference proceedings papers,
• conference accessories (bag, name tag, etc).

SAT 2013 LNCS proceedings includes one hardcopy of the official SAT 2013 proceedings published by Springer.

Invitation Letter
Participants who require an invitation letter to obtain a visa can request one by email at sat2013@cs.helsinki.fi using the subject title "SAT 2013 invitation letter request". You must first register successfully to the conference before requesting an invitation letter. Please use the exact email address you gave when registering for sending the request.
